 Hi Stephanie,

      Sorry to hear that your man is acting up.  Here is the thing, you sound young he probably is too.  It's rare for boys this age to settle for long periods of time.  You know him well enough to answer your own question...did you already lose him and you are trying to hold on or is there still a chance?  Unfortunately, a very, very small percentage of people end up staying with the person we lost our virginity to.  But you are feeling used right now because you waited and you felt you were giving him something special.  He's a real jerk for blowing you off for after a month anyway.  I think you should let him go, take some time off, really assess yourself and how you are feeling about sex.  Then take your time getting into a new relationship.  And this time be even more sure.  I don't have anything by way of relationship advice but hopefully you will look back one day and not totally regret losing your virginity to him because you obviously like him for some reason.  Keep your head up...
